At Crown Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master jewellers inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
